Cyber Security/Project Manager/IT Security
Looking for a Cyber Security Project Manager to work in the CDC of the Security and Risk element of one of the largest financial organisations in the Netherlands. As Cyber Security Project Manager you will lead 60+ projects and initiatives within Cyber Defence Centre and bring all elements together to reach one combined goal.
In this role as an experienced and senior project manager you will be responsible for a complex project and several projects/initiatives at the same time. The projects include the necessity to manage and deal with multiple and diverse (political) interests. They are related to the services delivered and the applications being used within the Security and Risk environment with the emphasis on Cyber Security within the Cyber Defence Centre. Knowledge in this area is therefore a prerequisite.
Requirements
- Multiple years' experience in complex environments with demonstrable skills in Cyber Security
- Experienced project manager in directing projects/initiatives (60+ projects/initiatives)
- Cyber Security Certification
- Certified on project management skills
- Experience in bringing teams together to reach a combined goal
- Knowledge and experience with SCRUM, Agile, Lean
- Applicable knowledge regarding ITIL processes and Risk Management
- Applicable knowledge regarding development and test methods
- You are resourceful, flexible, analytically strong and critical
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
