Description

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with key internal and external stakeholders to make sure that their communication requirements are clearly briefed and fully understood
  • Ensure clients have a full understanding of the requirements for each communication
  • Develop and lead the production and delivery plan across customer communications to make sure that progress is accurately reported, including managing project plan to time and to budget, raising issues and providing solutions
  • Draft and edit communications materials for a variety of mediums, proofing and editing other's work as required
  • Translate technical material to easy-to-understand language, having regard to client strategy, client values and target audience.

Essential for the role:

  • Proven internal and external communications experience
  • Pensions experience is desirable
  • Financial Services, Insurance essential
