Hope you are well. I am looking to fill Commercial/Contract Manager role with one of our Client. Please go through the description and let me know if you are interested.
Role: Commercial/Contract Manager
Day Rate: £ per day (Inside of IR 35)
Location: Swindon SN1
Duration: 3-4 Months with possibility of extension
Working within IP providing pre and post commercial support for the portfolio of projects. All projects ranging in value from £500,000 to £5m (post contract support).
The portfolio of works is a mix of signalling, power and communications projects, more specifically level crossing, E&P or telecoms.
Candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved with the south west resilience project (civils) which is currently going through tender (Multi million pound project) (pre contract support).
- Experience of managing multiple contracts
- Pre and post contract experience
- Experience of dealing with contractual claims
- GRIP knowledge
- Agreeing and negotiating final accounts
