Key Skills & Experience: Experience of business change and change readiness
Responsible for maintenance of the stakeholder database, stakeholder engagement plans, communication material version control and lines to take.
Coordination of responses to questions raised throughout the programme including any periods of consultation.
Liaison with other transformation programmes to consolidate messages and then working with BAU communications teams for dissemination of messages.
Support the development of the strategy and plan for stakeholder and comms and draft messaging and other stakeholder updates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the detail of the changes being proposed within the project and how this differs from current state; facilitating the completion of individual workstream change impact assessments and collation into team specific impact assessments to support the analysis and development of change readiness activities including training, manager toolkits, business readiness assessments and scorecards.
