Description
Digital Dev Ops Engineer urgently required for our Telford based Central Government client on a 3 month initial contract (with another 3 months to follow).This role is to work within the Cloud Operations team to support the AWS platform. It requires deep understanding of the AWS Services used to secure, manager and maintain an enterprise cloud platform in a multiple account, secure model. You will need the ability to automate AWS services to allow users to consume them in a controlled way.
You will need experience using any of the following tools:
- Jira
- Confluence
- GitLab
- Jenkins
- Terraform
- Ansible
Other skills required to perform this role:
- Valid SC Clearance
- Able to communicate at a business and technical level
- Able to apply Enterprise best practices
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to take business requirements and turn them into technical deliveries
- Have an understanding of Agile methodologies and have experience with Agile deliveries
