For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedRisk & Compliance Officer - FINFRAG/FIDLEG (6094)
Your Qualifications:
• 3+ years banking experience in risk management, risk control, audit, regulation or compliance related field
• Subject Matter Expert in FINFRAG and/or FIDLEG with a background in Legal or Economics
• Strong know-how in the analysis of business processes
• Able to critically verify aspects of complex situations/set-ups and challenge documentation with an independent mindset
• Fluent in English and German
Your Responsibilities:
• Support the IB Compliance & Operational Risk Control department in their oversight of the business’ FIDLEG implementation
• Represent C&ORC in the cross divisional and IB divisional FIDLEG working groups.
• Coordinate IB policy updates required as a result of FIDLEG.
• Ensure that risk frameworks across all lines of defense are appropriately designed and operating effectively to meet the requirements of FIDLEG
