Description
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT (or similar level based on experience).• 5 years’ work experience in an operational IT environment.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Release and Change management
• Experience with Life Cycle Management
• Experience with RCIC/RCEC
• Experience with Security certificates management, PKI is an asset
• Experience with Security/Nessus monitoring
• Knowledge on communication, network and middleware technologies
• Understanding of server technologies (OS, DB, Web, proxy)
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Oracle DB, AIX, MQ, Unix in an asset
• Knowledge on software version control and tools management is an asset.

• Good written and spoken knowledge of English
