Currently seeking a Senior PL / Change manager to be based in Bern (Switzerland) for an initial 7 months contract basis.Candidate responsibilities
Roll out planning based on existing roll out concept, a detailed rollout planning has to be developed and coordinated with the project team. In addition to organizational tasks, the active contribution of experience from previous projects is also expected.
Development of training documents, for each user group a tailored made training document has to be created.
Required Experience
Experience in the rollout of large IT tools in large line organizations
Change management experience
Strong analytic skills
Fluent in German is required - basic French knowledge (Italian is a plus)
WORKLOAD 70%
