PMO for Digital Advisory Services vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Work experience as a PMO in the financial industry
  • Skillset including a management adequate level of presentations and documents
  • Strength in communication with management
  • Expertise in project financial KPI's
  • Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken, other languages are a plus


Your tasks:
  • Assisting with conceptual work along with providing presentations and documents
  • Overviewing and tracking of the milestones, working packages as well as the deliverables
  • Planning of meetings, telephone and video conferences
  • Contributing and helping with the coordination of stakeholders, training, communication, planning of numerous boards, quality assurance and coordination with other projects
