Description
• Provide oversight on the architecture, implementation and design of an application within an IT Service Management framework.• Architect, Design, develop, and maintain the application architecture for business functional areas in compliance with the enterprise architecture on Service Now platform.
• Analyze, define, and document system architecture and design for business processes, data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs
• Experience migrating one or more enterprises onto the Service Now platform
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experienced in implementing modules like Incident , Problem, Release, Change, Asset, Configuration, ESS portal , Service Catalog
• Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
• Configure and customize all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)
• Creation of script based Assignment and Approval rule.
• Creation of custom related list.
• MID Server Integration
• Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com
• Understanding of CMDB configuration
• Knowledge of system design and development used within web service or message-based applications(e.g. REST/SOAP)
• Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
• Knowledge of technical components such as Active Directory, LDAP, VPN, SSO etc.
• Integrate VMWARE Vcenter with servicenow for provisioning vm images.
• Integrate ServiceWatch with Servicenow.
• Help Pre-sales team with POC’s on ITSM products like servicenow, bmc, hp, symphony summit etc.
• Certified Service Now Administrator.
• Certified Service Now Implementer with Experience and minimum of 3 major implementations.
