We are currently looking for an “Operational Excellence Expert (m/f/d)“ for our customer in the energy sector with the following specifications:Start: 12.08.2019
Duration: 29.11.2019
Location: Düsseldorf
Volume: 16 weeks á 4 days á week
Tasks:
• Support the engagement and diagnostic phase of the rollout at the Central Energy Storage Team in Düsseldorf
• Support the preparation and facilitation of a Vision/ Strategy workshop End of August; e.g. facilitate VoC/ VoB interviews beforehand; define value proposition; prioritize objectives; define action plan
• Prepare and facilitate interviews/ workshops to understand/ define the main processes of the Central Energy Storage Team and the main challenges and potential improvements
• Analyze existing data and define hypothesis of root causes
• Support identifying initiatives and practical applications for the delivery & implementation phase
• Support the cultural change needed for a successful rollout
Your Profile:
• Ability to challenge Senior Management on visions, objectives, Customer Value focus, VA/NVA activities, KPI steering structures, current "Ways of Working" and Leadership behaviours
• Superior understanding of complex structures and processes
• Ability to map processes, identify waste, identify issues and root causes and to use common tools (SIPOC, Ishikawa, ...)
• Strong coaching skills
• German Speaker (fluent)
• Senior Manager or above preferred
