For our energy client we are currently looking for an ICS Auditor

Travel: 20 Percent
Volume: Ca. 60 PT to use in flexible manner

Project Description:
Client needs a consultant in order to advice and support in the implementation of the internal control system cycle

Task:
Manage and drive Internal Controls Compliance, in particular manage ICS cycle (incl. scoping, documentation, self-assessment, remediation and sign off) for EDG
- Advising the management/ business regarding ICS, e.g. in
- Communicating and training to employees regarding the ICS approach
- Identifying and evaluating risks, designing, documenting, implementing and maintaining an
effective and efficient ICS in relevant processes. This also includes interfaces to outsourcing
partners / internal and external service providers (obliging suppliers to comply with ICS
requirements, establish supplier governance, monitoring and evidencing supplier's control
operations)
- Risk coverage through key controls
- Training on ICS IT tool and methods
- Advising and supporting the process and controls owners / challenge and facilitating them to
comply with Group ICS requirements
- Projects in complying with ICS requirements
- Monitoring the timely implementation of ICS recommendations of internal and external Auditors
- Subject matter expert for methods, applicable for internal controls
- Member of the groupwide ICS Community and interface to Headquarters (Audit Governance and
ICS) including regular reporting, based on the functional management concept, in particular
- Join group-wide ICS initiatives/ projects on request of Headquarters (Audit Governance and ICS)
- Interface to external and internal Auditors regarding ICS, in particular providing information about
the local ICS, e.g. supporting in informing and explaining the implemented ICS
- Supporting fraud investigations, monitoring the implementation of outcoming action plans and
evaluating the effectiveness in an ICS context

Must have:
- Master in Business Administration or similar academic degree combined with relevant
professional experience in one or more of the following fields
Consultancy, auditing, risk management, process design and process improvement
- Advanced risk and process understanding as well as capabilities to look at processes from
risk perspective (take an auditor view)
- Comprehensive process understanding in at least one operational or finance process,
preferable sales and service processes
- Strong English language skills mandatory
- Overall, strong communication and presentation (includes MS power point) skills
- High level of integrity and reliability working
- Capable to drive change and to motivate others
- High level of service-orientation as well as initiative
- Open and prepared to challenge others' views and travelling on occasional basis
N2H:
- Energy industry experience
- Experience with auditing
