Description

ServiceNow is urgently required to work in London for an initial 3 months contract for a leading Client.

The role is largely cloud based and is targeting to be out of the two managed service data centres, and fully cloud based by November 2019.

The ideal candidate will provide a cost effective solution from both a licensing and implementation perspective. You will ensure commercial flexibility, and provide transparency in the fee and costs.

You must have previous experience in;
  • Change Management
  • Basic MI/Reporting
  • Incident Management (and Major Incident Management)
  • Service Request Management
