- Execution of the approval procedures regarding time and budget with relevant engineering knowledges through the entire project phases (from project registration up to final property certificate) according to Belgium regulations and codes
- Ensure the approval for a petrochemical plant under international and Belgian law
- Identify applicable Belgium laws and regulations to the company and communicate internally to related parties
- Prepare the proposal to get a building-permit in Belgium
- Cost estimation, updating and overall management regarding the entire project phases
- Follow up updates of laws and regulations and communicate internally
- Valuation the approval
Qualifications
- Knowledge of authority procedures for petrochemical plants in EU and Belgium
- Project management, project process control and supplier management
- Experience in dependencies between technical aspects, scheduling and financial impacts regarding defining strategies of authority procedures
- Interdisciplinary and intercultural skills of communicating and cooperation with teams with engineers, procurement and commercial experts
- Act as owners engineer on best interests of the costumer
- Self-driven responsible and capability of work under pressure
- Fluent and professional English in written and spoken
