UX Researcher vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of experience in preparing and conducting usability studies and strategic research
- Strong communication skills as well as excellent analytical ability, especially with regard to observation of user behavior
- Detailed oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Information Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Planning, observing and moderating usability testing sessions and interviews
- Analysing and evaluating qualitative data
- Preparing user research activities
- Reporting to other teams and stakeholders
- Conducting questionnaires, surveys, and interviews
