Project background
The service is requested as part of a project which is a comprehensive business transformation program facilitating the implementation of a globally aligned and harmonized Supply Chain including Purchasing. For the first time at the client, there will be end-to-end, standardized supply chain process. Being part of the company's Strategy, this program is a key initiative for the scalable business model. The organization with lean and simplified operations aims to enhance the client's competitiveness by leveraging on its combined potential, boosting process efficiency. The program will be implemented in clearly determined, overlapping phases clustering a defined number of countries.
Task description
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
- Coordination of migration of 20 logistic objects;
- Preparation, creation and coordination of timelines, extraction rules, transformation rules, load files and double maintenance handling;
- Preparation and validation of positive lists, extraction files, transformation files, load files;
- Coordination of local validation and data cleaning with business colleagues in English (remotely from the HQ in Düsseldorf);
- Preparation, planning and execution of three full-scope test runs and productive load of migration;
- Technical consultation of local users at cutover, go-live, and hyper care;
- Alignment with Template Team and IT about all required rules for extraction, transformation and load activities for the objects to be migrated;
- Coordination of activities within the project with relevant stakeholders in business units, project management and the IT department.
The service of the contractor has the goal to consult local and global team in testing, training, cutover, go-live preparation and hyper care.
Required Skills:
- Experience in migration projects
- Project Manager experience
- Experience in different SAP modules PP/PI, MM, PM, QM, COPC, APO, SD desirable/ nice to have
