Administrative Officer vacancy requiring profound MS Software knowledge for our Basel based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Work experience as an Administrative Officer in the banking or financial sector
  • Expertise in organising events and in working with team members from a wide range of countries
  • Experience in publication formatting and graphic design using corporate style guides
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a strong sense of customer support and diplomacy
  • Ability to work accurately with special attention to the details, cope under pressure and to work independently as well as in team
  • Secondary education, secretarial diploma or equivalent
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, additional languages are advantageous


Your tasks:
  • Conducting the logistical organisation and coordination of various meetings, seminars and conferences held in Switzerland and abroad
  • Handling all the logistical and administrative aspects of the events through daily communication with speakers, participants, co-organisers as well as internal/external parties
  • Ensuring the proper formatting of documentation process according to the company´s standards as well as their internal review and publication
  • Providing the full range of administrative support and development processes as well as identifying potential improvement to the learning and subscription management system
  • Updating and supporting the Chair and Deputy Chair of the company as they may require in related projects
