Task description / definition of delivery standards Supporting IT bank critical applications, monitoring, solving incidents, documentation, bringing improvements to the applications.

2.3 On-call duty Whole Week (seven days in a row)

2.4 Required experience and skills
Absolutely necessary
1-2 years experience in IT application support

Preferable UNIX, Windows, SQL

Preferable ITIL foundation

2.7 Language skills
Absolutely necessary
English

Preferable Basic German skills
