Operations Manager - Berlin - Freelance - Immediate StartClient:
My client is one of the largest and most successful service providers for clients in the creative industry across the globe. With their Headquarters being based in the heart of Berlin, this company has worked with over 10,000 companies and more than 140,000 performing artists. This is a very critical role for my client, and they need an Operations Manager to start as soon as possible.
Job Description:
- You will be moderating the processes and splitting these rpocesses off into different areas
- Conducting smooth handovers
- Assessing and reporting where there are bottlenecks
- Coordinating and motivating the employees, mainly developers
Requirements:
- 100% onsite
- At least 5 years of experience in a Managing role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and project planning tools
- Fluent German is mandatory
