Operations Manager - Berlin - Immediate StartClient:
My client specialises in the market of customer data and technology - creating sward inning customer service platforms that high-profile clients have been using for the past 10 years. They are looking for an Operations Manager to manage the day to day running of the project whilst managing the senior relationships.
Job Description:
- You will be developing and maintaining the client relationships along with the senior stakeholders
- Drive change initiative and handle the continuous improvement of the project
- Leading the main development teams
Requirements:
- 100% onsite
- 5+ years of direct Management experience in Operations
- Fluent German and English
- Degree qualified, preferably in Business
