Description

Key Responsibilities include:

· Define the programme approach with the client, whether its agile and incremental, or target blueprint and transformation.

· Lead the kick-off of the programme, gaining alignment from internal team members, clients key stakeholders, and any 3rd party that might be involved in the programme of change.

· Monitor and deliver tangible results from the programme, reporting progress, risks and challenges on a regular basis to the relevant programme board and stakeholders.

· Build strong trusted relationships at all levels, and use the power of influence to drive change.

· Understand and navigate the client's political organisation, pulling the right levers to get things done in a time and cost effective manner.

· Define and manage plans, ensuring that critical paths tasks and decisions are identified and managed.

· Create and maintain a RAID log, identifying appropriate mitigating strategies and actions.

· Manage all programme communications of upcoming tasks, progress being made, results being achieved.

· Lead and guide the team throughout to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

· Change tack and directions as required to achieve the programme goals.

Your Key Competencies:

· Strong change management and ability to deliver results through influence

· Programme and project management methodology such as PRINCE2

· Experience of delivering ITIL, Agile and DevOps methodologies

· Very high standard of written and verbal communication and presentation skills

· Ability to quickly build trusted relationships with your external and internal stakeholders.

· Ability to work well under pressure of customer imposed deadlines

· Great team leader
