Location: remote (during Corona) and later onsite in Dusseldorf
Project description:
Implementation of use-cases related to energy trading, specifically on trade automation and trade analytics.
Task description:
- Consult in how collaboration tools, specifically MS Teams together with Azure DevOps, can enable a productive and effective SCRUM team
- Clears potential roadblocks - make sure that process runs smoothly
- Consult team in mastering tools & processes associated with adopted agile method. Consultancy of the team to understand the processes and tools associated with agile method. The method is up to the consultant
Qualifications:
- Experience in driving distributed teams
- Willing to work with a virtual team that is working from home
- 5+ years of relevant project delivery experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of agile and SCRUM project execution methods
- Can act as an Agile coach for the team driving continuous improvement in capability
- Is familiar with planning across multiple MVPs as part of a program of work. Here each MVP could be seen as a "Scaled Agile" Program Increment Experience with commodity trading as well as related technology platforms, including trade automation and analytics would be a plus
