Responsibilities:
- Analyze, manage and implement structural, technical and organizational optimization measures in production (clean room) and in the entire plant. To do this, you use the classic OPEX methods.
- At your workplace in the clean room, you implement improvements every day with the employees.
- Training and coaching of managers and employees in the use of OPEX methods and their tools.
- Further development of shop floor management and KATA
- They support and support the already existing and successful CIP platforms (e.g. group work) along the entire value chain
Your Profile:
- Fluent German & English Language
- Professional experience in a regulated environment (medical, pharmaceutical, food, automotive, aviation ...) is ideal.
- Experience & Qualification in the area of ??Operational excellence & lean management, practically used on the shop floor management.
- Experience in the production environment
