Required Knowledge and skills
- At least 5 years working experience as Service Delivery Manager
- Strong knowledge of Service Management (ITIL), ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Good knowledge of Business Objects
- Ability to work in a large and matrixed corporate environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical actions to a non-technical audience.
- You are fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
- A successful experience in People Management
- Able to work in multicultural environment and as a part of a team
- Analytical and you have a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Punctual, meticulous and reliable
Tasks
- Manage the operational activities in accordance to the agreed commitments
- Evaluate contract and project risks, identify and execute risk mitigation actions
- Provide consolidated management reporting to the customer and steering committee on the services delivered
- Plan and supervise the execution of quality reviews
- Play a key role in add-on sales with Sales & Delivery Management team
- Provide guidance and direction to Service Managers who will assist with day-to-day process support activities.
- Audit the process periodically to ensure compliance to policy and standards.
- Function as the primary point of escalation for day-to-day process operations.
- Identify skill gaps and opportunities to strengthen the capabilities of the global team and provide relevant process training as needed.
- In partnership with Service Delivery Managers, ensure support teams are operating in adherence with all ITSM Processes and with associated contractual Service Level Agreements.
