Description
You must have current SC for this role due to the urgency.
Lead the following activities:
* Project Manage the approval of a STA (Single Tender action) to ensure services provided by the incumbent supplier (FJ) are extended for a twelve month period allowing for a timely market engagement & ITT process to be completed.
o Working with the relevant stakeholders to obtain Commercial, Legal, Operational & senior management approval prior to getting Permanent Secretary approval.
* Project Manage the procurement of a replacement Hosting capability Partner for the HO via ITT using Tech Services 2/3 as appropriate.
o Direction of a BA resource to assist on gathering & compiling requirements
o Workshop with the retained organisation to align Business requirements to the ITT
o Engage to director level within the retained organisation.
* Project Manage the development of an IaaS procurement, go to market with the requirements and procure the required services.
o Direction of a BA resource to assist on gathering & compiling requirements
o Workshop with the retained organisation to align Business requirements to the engagement
o Engage to director level within the retained organisation.
Skillsets Required
Knowledge and significant experience of major technology driven procurement.
Knowledge and significant experience of Hosting.
Excellent communicator both written & oral with the capability to present complex solutions to a wide spectrum of interested parties.
Experience of working either within or with central government.
Gravitas to be able to engage at all levels of the organisation.
The rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (ie the rate we pay to the Umbrella company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.
