Experis are currently recruiting for an urgent Test Manager position for a government client, the successful contractor will be responsible for all aspect of the testing programme as part of an organisation-wide change portfolio.
- Ownership of E2E test strategy, approach and plan, with the inclusion of test plans and activities for which internal and external delivery partners are responsible for
- Review and/or definition of test outcomes, strategies and plans from all internal and external delivery partners
- Coordination, tracking and oversight of E2E test preparation (inc. environment readiness) and execution activities from all internal and external delivery partners, ensuring their planning and test execution is joined up
- Planning, execution (direct or delegated) of E2E plan for overarching Testing related activities eg pen testing
- Maintain engagement with assurance partners in all audit and review matters through test planning, preparation, execution and completion, ensuring they are involved and satisfied
- Final recommendation regarding Test completion and readiness for go-live, providing confidence and assurance that all the components and processes will perform adequately when transferred into organisations or re-outsourced onto a new supplier
- The Test Manager must be responsible to ensuring approvals are obtained from the relevant Programme governing body for all major stages of testing ie approval of test strategy and plan, entry and exit.
