Senior Infrastructure Project ManagerAccountable/Responsible summary
• Provide a strong level of structure, alignment, cohesion and governance models to projects with the support of 2-4 technical PMs, provide leadership to 2 project focused technical PM, and support 2 operational focused technical PMs
• Accountable for full project life cycle ownership and manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business and or technology, requiring a good understanding interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
• Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the projects.
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Manage service transition phases into required run model.

? Rebuild/new patterns, Kemp, Pulse, Proxy, Firewalls etc
? Provide greater segregation of workloads on internal DC Networks.

o Onboard new workloads
o Design new patterns
o Perform BCP/DR Tests
• Industrialization of EU DC Services
o Program of works to transition from a Datacentre which services were designed to service one entity, to an industrialized service model, formalizing services, SLA, OLA etc. servicing many entities.
• Service Transition Projects
o Perimeter network management.
o Infrastructure OS and Middleware management - 80-100 vms
• Decommissioning a legacy Azure PowerBI platform services and manage related migration projects
