Keystream Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to work for a private healthcare organisation initially on a temporary basis initially the end of December based on 3 days a week contract. This role is to start ASAP and is based on a remote working role. This role would suit someone who as the Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will have interest and a passion for using information to drive improved outcomes for people in health and social care. You will have strong project management and analyst skills to manage projects. A good knowledge of clinical informatics and a good understanding of how patient records and information support the delivery of health and social care will be needed for this role to be successful. The candidate will work with customers, stakeholders and professionals, to build good relationships, understand the differing needs and bring people together working collaboratively to deliver an agreed outcome.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing and undertaking projects:
- Managing the project planning and activities including plans, resources, costs, risks & issues, reports and project documentation
- Building relationships with the customer and key stakeholders
- Managing the issues and risks to deliver to time, cost and quality
- Research and analysis including:
- Evidence gathering, for example at the start of a project to identify best practice including internationally, existing standards or other leading work in the field, published research and reports
- Design and undertake consultations and surveys, and analyse the results
- Drafting standards including information models
- Understanding customer and stakeholder needs and developing requirements and plans for projects
- Technical Skills
- Sound project management with both Prince and Agile methodology knowledge
- Good research and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with structured and methodical approach
- Skills and knowledge with data and information modelling
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office and Project
