Skills required:
- Telecom Domain knowledge with experience on Business Support Systems (Channels, Digital, core customer and advisor facing applications)
- Good Knowledge on SMB & SOHO customer segments within Telecom Domain and Finance Regulatory.
- Good knowledge on E2E Customer journey's/Business Processes within Telecom Domain
- Ability to translate test requirements and test functionalities into more business understandable language.
- Proven experience of working in multi-vendor environment across different test phases.
- Test management experience
- Ability to drive RAID across various test phases and effective resolution.
- Understanding business expectations on test deliverables and ability to help shape-up the test deliverables based on business expectations.
- Previous experience of managing invoice verifications would be good.
- Good presentation and communication skills to be able to provide status of various test phases to senior stakeholders.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification
- Proven relationship management/engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with different audiences
- Working experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)
- Sound test process knowledge and expertise in testing life cycle
- Familiarity in different development methodologies with a strong focus and understanding on Agile ways of working
- Experience in coordinating with multi-vendor teams and On-shore/Off-shore teams
- Strong working experience on Microsoft office applications for day to day activities and reporting (Word, Excel, PPT, Project MPP, Visio, Teams, SharePoint)
