Business Analyst
Business Analyst urgently needed for a long term opportunity based in Wroclaw, Poland location.
Skills required:
- Process Analysis - working with stakeholders across hosting to identify and document our processes, look for regional inconsistency and inefficiency, and generate requirements and recommendations to adjust these process to make them more globalised and efficient.
- Data Driven Analysis - working with stakeholders for specific data driven optimisation use cases, drive out and validate use case problem statements, build requirements for data analytics needed to identify optimisation opportunities, then build requirements to deliver against these opportunities (eg data analytics may identify an automation opportunity for which we would need to build requirements)
- Some infrastructure experience: meaning familiarity working as a BA, with requirements and analysis around infrastructure technologies. Examples of infrastructure technologies includes compute, cloud, database, web, storage, infrastructure management tools, monitoring tools etc.
- Process modelling part
- Interaction with senior stakeholders as a BA what all role needs to be performed
- Data analytics or visualisation related exp
- Project documentation approach/best practises how to maintain documentation while performing role of BA or any role for that matter.
- SQL/Exp with databases
- Typical BA work like gathering requirements, creating workflows, UML diagrams, data models or prototypes so that requirements can be explained easily to dev, qa and other teams.
- Knowledge of jira tool or other tools where requirements can be captured by BA for further implementation
