Description
My client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Data Engineer on an initial 12 month contract. This role can be fully remote if required.
Key Skills Required:
*Data Engineering in general (data flows, data pipelines, Datamodelling, data mapping)
*Knowledge of HDFS platform and tools like Linux, Spark, Hive, Kerberos, Hbase
*Knowledge on Kafka, Scala
*Knowledge of SQL
*Preferable knowledge of ETL like Talend Studio Platform tool.
It would be highly beneficial if you have general DWH concept and experience.
