Change Manager - 6 month contract - £400 per day (inside IR35)
UK based - Remote working with occasional travel (London or Manchester for Workshop events)
Must be available to start by 28th June 21
Our ideal person will be highly experienced in planning management - Able to identify risks/issues and can assess changes in scope and complete impact assessments.
You will have effective collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, along with experience in Business Change and Communications.
Working with our Client on a large scale tech-led transformation programme you will be responsible for change impact assessments in all areas including Internal Stakeholders - Customers/Supply Chain - Business Readiness - Change Adoption and Communications.
You will deliver the change and adoption strategy to support the transformation - Developing effective communications to include post/go-live awareness.
You will also carry out training needs analysis and change assessments to cover Tech, Process, Property, People (behavioral and culture) for the 'As Is' and 'To Be' target states.
