My client is a north London Local authority looking to recruit a MS dynamics Trainer for a 3-6 Month assignment although will likely run longer.
The successful MS Dynamics Trainer will design effective learning and development interventions to support the delivery of Council's change programmes
Deliver effective learning and development interventions to individuals and teams remotely
Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning and development delivered, identifying and addressing any remedial/additional development required
Report on learning and development delivery and its impact
To Be considered for the MS Dynamics Trainer role, you will have experience of designing and delivering Dynamics Training programmes or other ERP systems training.
Have practical experience of blended learning design & delivery.
Knowledge of relevant tools and techniques including learning needs analysis, learning evaluation etc
Highly developed IT skills that enable the use of technology to design and deliver learning to a largely remote workforce.
