Agile Delivery Lead, Salesforce & Data Reporting experience - Reading

We are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead, Salesforce & Data experience to join us at Tecknuovo. We are helping one of our leading clients with their digital transformation, looking at improving the way they interact with customers and making the services online more efficient. The Agile Delivery Lead, Salesforce & Data experience will work as part of our team to help us solve the client's issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the team and delivering large projects
- Assessing risks and output produced by the team
- Being responsible for the day to day communications with stakeholders, by helping them identify key issues and provide strategies and solutions
- Working hands-on to drive delivery and coach the team
Skills we are looking for:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with Data reporting tools (Jira, QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics)
- Excellent track record of delivering technology solutions to support organisations and their goals
- Great communication skills to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
- Any experience with Azure would be highly beneficial
