Document Controller, min 6 months, Edinburgh, £123 per day
Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious public sector organisation, who is looking to recruit two Document controllers on either a 6 month or a 23 month contract basis.
You will receive a competitive daily rate of £123 and the contract will see you outside IR35.
You will be working in a public inquiry and dealing with a large database, safeguarding individuals information and be responsible for high levels of information gathered during investigations.
I would love to hear from applicants who have experience in a fast paced environment and skills including:
- Analysis and use of evidence
- Experience in information management and the processing of documents
- Understanding of relevant data protection legislation
- Communications and engagement
- Experience of cataloguing and digitising documents received and maintain an accurate record of information received using electronic systems
- High levels of interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing
- High degrees of resilience and experience of handling sensitive information
