18+ Years of Experience in SAP Program/Project management in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA:• Experienced in managing Global Template creation and deployment
• Experience of managing Multi-country roll out programs
• Execute/track the project based on the agreed program plan.
• Periodically Review or ensure review of project receivables
• Perform proactive risk management
• Establish the project organization and provide technical induction to all team members as needed.
• Ensure Client resources are managed effectively and efficiently
• Monitor and report on project progress to management using status reports and PMR meetings
• Resolve or escalate all issues as per escalation plan
• Ensure acceptance of deliverables from the customer
• Manage and facilitate communication related to the project with customer
• Liaise with SAP and other stakeholders.
• Submit project metrics to the client periodically
• Participate in Audit Review meetings
• Identify and collate customer requirements
• Prepare project deliverables
• Experience of working with diverse and global teams.
• Participate in project review meetings and audit
Qualification/Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree is a must. Master’s Degree Preferred.
? Minimum 15 years of SAP experience with 3 years of Industry domain experience in Manufacturing
? Should have led/managed a minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementations
? Candidate should be able to demonstrate existing strong customer facing skills
