Description
Immediate contract opportunity available for an experienced Vendor Manager with a proven track record working in a BPO environment with excellent end to end contact centre experience. Must be located in Ireland with ability to travel to client site 1-2 days per week.
You will play a key role in supporting my clients outsourced contact centre to bring performance improvement and strong accountability.
You must be a seasoned BPO expert with the end-end contract centre knowledge, forecasting, scheduling, commercials, operational delivery, people management and technology.
Experienced required -
- At least 10 years experience in a Contact Centre environment working as Vendor Manager or BPO Consultant.
- Expert at delivering transformational customer experience.
- SME contact centre knowledge.
- Excellent communications, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Ability to drive delivery, credible and articulate.
- Proven track record in collaboration and facilitation to drive performance.
- Experience across MNC, Utilities, Services Sector highly desirable.
