Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent contract opportunity for an experienced Agile Coach to join an International client.
To work remotely from a European based location.
Rate: 95 Euros per hour.
ASAP start until the end 2021 with possible extension.
Essential skills and experience:
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
- Minimum 5 years' experience in practicing Agile
- Prior experience (minimum 4 years) coaching teams in Agile adoption
- Experience coaching multiple agile teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, Team Leader or Project Manager in complex agile programs
- Familiar with agile tools and engineering practices.
- Experience facilitating, training and mentoring individuals and teams
- Having hands on DevOps experience is a plus
Desirable skills:
- Coaching certification
- Methodology and/or role specific certification such as Scrum Master, Kanban or SAFE
- Experience coaching at large organizations
- Specializes in either process (eg Scrum, Kanban) or technical (eg TDD, Agile Architecture) coaching
