Description
For one of our clients, Flint are looking for a Junior Technical PMO (2+ years' experience) of Cybersec Tools for a Telco international operator.
The profile we are looking for is a technical PMO, where project management activities are supported by a technical knowledge of networking and security topics.
- Start: ASAP (project ongoing)
- Duration: 1 year
- Location: smart working, with days onsite in Milan starting from late September
- Languages: English and Italian at least B2
- Rate: Negotiable
Required knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of network devices (eg Firewalls, Routers, Switches), and their role and functioning within a telecommunications network
- Experience as a Project Manager in the IT field (better if carried out in international contexts)
- Basic knowledge in the management of tools related to Firewall policy management and network hardening
- Plus: knowledge of basic IT security concepts and related compliance standards (eg ISO 27001)
Tasks to be done:
- Weekly alignment with Service Owner to analyze and manage project criticalities.
- Technical support to the Service Owner in budgeting, licensing, user access and process management issues
- Development and maintenance of project documentation
- Analysis and addressing of user requests (eg policy creation, integration with other tools)
- Provision of training sessions to tool users (eg Firewall policy management, hardening tool)
- Control and supervision of operational activities carried out at the infrastructural level
- Management of the technical and development team supporting the tools (eg Firewall policy management, hardening tool)
- Monthly alignment with vendors to analyze issues and evaluate possible future developments
