Description
Our client is currently actively looking to hire a Solutions Architect based remotely with once a week trips to their offices in London (Holborn).
As the Solutions Architect you will have experience of major transformation projects and a have experience of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ability to work with and redevelop old Legacy systems to new modern ways, using various technologies.
- Knowledge and experience in recommending cloud focused solutions using AI/ML/microservices platforms providing reliability, availability, and serviceability
- Shapes and directs solution development throughout Agile implementation cycle
- Maps problems/requirements to systems/solution to deliver strategic capabilities
- Align with the development of architectures by analysing Legacy and to-be strategic roadmap, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with consumers (internal and external to JS Supply Chain & Logistics)
- Aims to strive balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements
- Provides advice on technical aspects of system development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc
- Ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied
- Aligns with product roadmap. Designs to align with strategic transformation objectives
- Uses appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces, to contribute to the development of systems architectures in specific business or functional areas.
- Prior knowledge of JS systems and architecture covering AS-IS Legacy and strategic solution (Nice to have)
