Senior Invoice to Cash Change Manager
London OR Bristol

£744 Per Day
Responsibilities:
- Developing and leading the overall Change & Engagement plan for that business process area, acting as the conscience of our programme, so that we land change that 'sticks' and deliver with certainty
- Converting complex finance systems/processes into easily digestible collateral for decision making and engagement purposes
- Become an expert in the change for that process area
- Responsibility for building and maintaining strong senior manager level relationships both internally and externally as applicable to ensure the delivery of the change
- Directly influencing and challenging leadership team thinking from a change management and team engagement perspective
- Championing the change by driving best practice and consistency
- Providing insight on change management methodologies
- Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process and ensure this is appropriately reflected in any business requirements/planning
- Understanding impact of other projects (or workstreams) within the Making Finance Brilliant as well as other change programmes and call out risks/issues
Requirements:
- Experience of managing, implementing, facilitating, and monitoring change on Finance transformational change programmes and across a multi-national, Finance organisation
- Experience of SAP enabled business transformation programmes and associated SAP transactional codes
- Knowledge of Fixed Assets processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and interpersonal skills. Comfortable dealing with challenge and conflict using influencing and empathy skills to resolve conflicts
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels and across varying functions of the organisation. Has credibility/impact with peer group and leaders
- Able to define problems and evaluate new concepts and ideas and identify recommendations and solutions
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Change Management during times of major restructuring, organisation design change and transformation
