Leading Financial Services business require an experienced Pega Consultant with strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing to support with the delivery of a multi-channel customer contact communication strategy.
You will be managing relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business area to complete the design and development using Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
You will build and deploy NBA propositions into live customer facing channel environments through the Company's decisioning capability.
The role is fully remote and sits inside IR35.
- Candidates will ideally be Pega Certified in a number of different modules and have a high level of experience/expertise within Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
- Experience of working within a Pega Customer Services/Contact would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement essential
