Role: Change Manager
Location: Remote
IR35: Inside
Rate: 600/day
Duration: 3 months

Key accountabilities:
- Define, develop and implement a change portfolio service, consolidating information from all corporate change initiatives currently underway
- Undertake a holistic review of organisational governance arrangements, making recommendations of how these can be approved to facilitate the successful adoption and implementation of a cross -departmental corporate change portfolio
- Work with the department to successfully implement accepted changes to governance, managing expectations of senior management
- Work with stakeholders at all levels across the department to develop and articulate a overarching narrative for a portfolio of corporate change which is widely understood by all colleagues across the department and implement, working with internal communication resources.
- Develop and deliver a consolidated view of all corporate change portfolio milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions.
- Use your previous experience of knowledge sharing and upskilling permanent staff in organisations you have worked with to successfully handover the established change portfolio to business as usual operations including handover of the governance and portfolio structures you have created.
Deliverables:
- Review of governance and report produced detailing recommendations to improve governance structure to enable successful adoption of a change portfolio approach
- Implementation of accepted recommendations to improve governance structures
- Design, development and implementation of a corporate change portfolio, incorporating all relevant corporate change activities and included a consolidated view of portfolio milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions
- Design, development and delivery of an overarching communications narrative to include - forward plan and development of collateral to support messaging
- Successful handover of the Change Portfolio to BAU
Required Qualifications:
- MoP Management of Portfolios or other recognised portfolio management qualification desirable.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven track record developing, delivering and embedding corporate change portfolios in a variety of organisations (ideally including in the public sector).
- Experience engaging with staff at all levels of organisations including C-suite to work together to deliver change
- Experience undertaking strategic reviews of governance and change, engaging across organisations to improve the efficacy of governance structures to facilitate the success of change portfolio implementation
