Learning & Development Consultant - Contract, £450 per day, 3 months initial engagement - Remote
Learning and Development Consultant required by a large-scale company that is undergoing a major IT infrastructure upgrade programme.
This is an initial 3-month contract (inside IR35) which can be based remotely, the client's offices are in Central London.
The Training consultant will be responsible for:
- The analysis, development and design of training solutions for multiple products on an infrastructure programme.
- Learning needs analysis, training design and development (E-learning, videos, guides and some instructor-led),
- The overall delivery plan, priorities and orchestration.
My client is looking for an expert in L&D design and delivery to bring best practice to the learning activities using the ADDIE methodology. Applicants should be familiar with E-learning tools such as Moodle.
Appropriate professional learning and development qualifications (eg, CIPD Level 5) or equivalent professional experience is required.
