Functional Consultant - Remote - MS Dynamics Marketing
Experience Required
* Around years of experience in IT domain with around 8 years of proven work experience in CRM and digital marketing space
* Experience in varied digital marketing engagements like consulting strategy implementations operations with part of at least 2 3 sizeable digital marketing enablement engagements
* Expertise in CRM space with functional knowledge of leading CRM products like MS Dynamics CRM SF
* Up to date on latest t rends in digital marketing and aware of areas like CRM SEO Social media marketing email marketing etc
* Experience in working with digital creative agencies and ability to work across globally distributed virtual teams
* Played customer facing roles and sound experience in handling customer independently
* Strong customer focus expertise in understanding customer needs stated and unstated and provide possible alternatives
* Ability to build maintain strong customer partner and tea m relationship
* Strong interpersonal communication presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
* Experience with agile tools like JIRA Azure DevOps for requirements management
* Experience of close working with customer product owners for requirements elicitation and documentation
* Experience of working as a Proxy product owner to represent and support geographically distributed development team in project life cycle including requirement estimation verification and validation
Work Description
* Consult customers on Digital Marketing initiatives and CRM including
* Create customer journey
* Carry out visioning workshops
* Discover pain points and digital marketing needs
* Create roadmap for digital marketing transformation
* Product evaluation and recommendation
* Carry out Discovery and Definition exercises for digital marketing initiatives
* Understand high level requirement
* Facilitate brainstorming sessions
