I am recruiting for a Senior Procurement Manager with Public Sector experience to manage the pipeline of commercial activities, allocating work on a day-to-day basis across the operational commercial team. Your prime responsibility will be to oversee and manage a range of procurements and market approaches, ensuring effective solutions are achieved, value for money achieved alongside compliance with Government Commercial standards and our clients' internal procedures.
The successful candidates will be an expert in all aspects of commercial and procurement with a high degree of competence and skill in negotiating and advising on often complex legal contracts. You will be MCIPS qualified or studying towards the qualification. PRINCE II Project Management, MSP
Management qualification and IACCM - Contract Management or Supplier Relationship Management desirable.
This role is initially for 3 months, in scope of IR35 and subject to a Basic Security Check before starting.
