Title: Accounts Assistant
Duration: 12 Weeks
Location: Livingston (Flexible hours available)
Rate: £110 p/day (inside IR35)
Job Purpose
- Assist the AR team with the implementation of new banking procedures to ensure that all monies due from our customers are collected on a timely basis in line with contractually agreed terms
Key Responsibilities
- Answering any customer queries regarding the changes in banking procedures
- Answering questions from the business/sales team regarding the banking procedure changes
- Liaise with key customers to ensure that can still make timely payments
- Liaise with the credit control team to ensure timely processing and provision of information to assist with the credit collection process
- Assist with the allocation of cash
- Ensure that all necessary compliance and SAO controls are adhered
- Participate in ad hoc activities in line with business requirements
