Salesforce Architect - Remote Working - Inside IR35
Our client, a leading global consultancy company, are currently looking to hire a Salesforce Architect to join the team on a contract basis.
In your role you will:
Run Requirements Gathering Workshops to define the Solution Requirements for a Salesforce Implementation for the HR Function.
Conduct Future State Blueprint design and define the integration approach with Workday and MS Teams
Primary Skills:
Salesforce Portal and Access channels design.
Experience creating Service Management Portals and Enabling Virtual Agent, Live Chat, Knowledge Management.
Experience with Integrating MS Teams or Workday are differentiators.
