IT Junior Business Partner - 12 Months Contract - DenmarkThe position as IT Junior Business Partner is part of the business facing IT team, bridging IT and two main business areas across all applications, IT services and projects. Your main role will be to build close ties and secure deliverables, and you will do this as a part of the IT Business Partnering team.
Your main responsibility in the day-to-day work will be delivering high-quality support on communicative, planning, coordination of various IT task/activities, handover process management and admin matters. You will have the responsibility of creating overviews, collecting business (operations) and insight and addressing actively the gaps. You will use this insight to define and analyse the project needs and the current business processes, specify and coordinate the best solutions and push the IT deliverables. Your main focus is to ensure that selected project IT setup meets the business requirements in terms of functionality, usability, accessibility and performance. The role is intended to move in the intersection between applications, data and business, ensuring the best possible alignment and at all times securing the overall focus for IT solutions continuing business development.
The position is based in Esbjerg, Denmark, and onsite presence is required.
IT Junior Business Partnerwill join the ITS Business Partnering team in Information Technology and Services and will be working 100% to support the IT Business Partner for FieldOps and O&G projects.
Large mature producing affiliate with high operating complexity and numerous brownfield and greenfield projects
IT Junior Business Partner Qualifications/Experience required
You will bring to the team a natural interest in service, communication and administrative work.

IT Junior Business Partner Qualifications:
Education in IT, engineering or similar, 5+ years of professional experience from a similar role
Strong knowledge of IT and business processes without necessarily being a tech wizard
Good communication skills in verbal and written English
Skilled user of Microsoft applications
Good at Powerpoint and Excel - and able to make great presentations
Project/Program management skills - understanding of Project/Program management model is beneficial
Language: Fluent in English, ability to understand Danish and French is a plus
