Responsibilities:
Process customer and general invoices according to accounting rules.
Communicate with customer/supplier/consultant, if anything does not work out the way it should.
Ensure that time and expenses of warranty jobs were invoiced internally/Ensure that past invoices were reconciled correctly.
Control and correct the reports according to the customer contracts.
General documents about invoicing information, statistics etc.
Check supporting documents for correctness (and that all is internally approved)
Candidate Profile:
2-3 years accounts receivable experience
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Good organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
Capable of working to strict reporting deadlines.
Able to work reliably, exactly and independently.
Sufficient knowledge of ERP accounting processes. (experience in Xero is a plus)
Advanced user of MS Office
